No, and it isn’t meant to. RXI handles the consultation itself, recording, case structure, documentation, follow-ups. You continue repertorizing in whichever software you trust; RXI simply gives you a cleaner, more complete case to start from.

RXI is built specifically around the homeopathic consultation by a practising homeopath, not adapted from generic allopathic software. It captures the patient’s ipsissima verba (exact words) and organizes symptoms with their modalities, concomitants, mentals, and generals — preserving the clinical structure your rubric analysis depends on.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 makes your clinic the Data Fiduciary for your patients’ records, and RXI your Data Processor, working only on your instructions. Records are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), and stored in AWS’s Mumbai region in India. We do not sell your data or train public AI models on it. Compliance stays with you, as the law puts it; RXI is built so that keeping to it is not extra work.

RXI is built on ABDM standards and HL7® FHIR® interoperability. Where ABDM features are enabled, you can link a patient’s ABHA ID and share records with the health information exchange only against a valid patient consent, with RXI acting as the Health Information Provider. Recording starts only when you start it, and the screen makes that visible to you and your patient. The audio is used for one thing: drafting your note. Once the transcription is complete, session audio is not retained, as our privacy policy sets out. Consent for the patient’s record itself remains yours to obtain, as the Data Fiduciary.

RXI runs in the browser over an encrypted connection, so it depends on the clinic being online. If the connection drops mid-consultation, you will see it at once, and what was already transcribed stays in your draft. You can resume recording when the connection is back, or finish the note by hand.

It does not repertorize for you, and it does not try to. What it does is keep the patient’s exact words and structure them the way a repertory expects them: mentals, generals, modalities, concomitants. So when you open Kent, Boericke or the software you trust, the case is ready to work. Rubric selection and the remedy stay entirely yours.

Yes. Your clinic’s records are yours, and you can export them from Settings whenever you like. If you ever cancel, the data is kept for 90 days so you can take it with you, and then securely deleted. There is no lock-in.

None beyond what you have. RXI runs in a modern web browser on the laptop or tablet you already use, and the built-in microphone is enough for an ordinary consulting room. If your room is noisy, a basic external microphone helps; nothing proprietary is required.

Never. Your consultations and records are processed only to produce your drafts, stored in India (AWS Mumbai), and never used to train public AI models. The sub-processors that handle transcription are listed in our privacy policy and work under data-processing agreements that do not allow training on your data.
